I was getting the Hybrid battery replaced and was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours..i left there after 5 hours..they did offer me a ride home.i figured I would get home and have to come back. My Camry hybrid is 18 years old.

Very attentive, but like a typical dealership, they tell you one price, then change it. If my wife hadn't of noticed the bait and switch, they would have charged us $4K+ more.

It was a hard situation since our previous Toyota needed a huge repair so I was relieved to have a woman sales person. And happy your dealership bought it back for what we owed on our previous car. Overall great experience. I inquired about a tundra online that was just recently received as a trade in. So There was no images online at the time so I requested photos from the sales consultant (Jennie). She sent me photos of the exterior and interior as I requested via text. I also informed her that I was in a very tight budget but i was really interested in the truck. Bought an EV at Gilroy Toyota about 3 weeks ago that didn’t come with the Toyota charging cable. As always service done within timeframe given, waiting area clean and comfortable. Appreciated additional service recommendation for 3+ year old vehicle. Also appreciated service tech noticing slow starting of vehicle and advice on how to remedy.

The Grand Highlander Hybrid has been challenging to find and substantially up-charged across most dealerships in CA. Jose and Oscar were able to get a deal done that was fair as well as made the process faster than normal for buying a car. I would recommend this dealership over other Toyota dealerships, especially the ones on the Central Coast.
