I recently leased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma and had the pleasure of working with Johnathan, the salesman. He was incredibly professional and patient throughout the entire process. He really took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect truck. Johnathan also worked with me to secure a great deal, even though the process took almost 4 hours to finalize. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate his dedication to making sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend working with him!

I was getting the Hybrid battery replaced and was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours..i left there after 5 hours..they did offer me a ride home.i figured I would get home and have to come back. My Camry hybrid is 18 years old.

Very attentive, but like a typical dealership, they tell you one price, then change it. If my wife hadn't of noticed the bait and switch, they would have charged us $4K+ more.

He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and did not pressure us on the purchase. Overall, the experience was fun because of Grant who deserves 5 stars. We also met with Alex Morales Finance Manager who was very helpful.

I was grateful to work with Cherish our sales person, especially as a woman myself. I felt she cared and she was very kind. It was a hard situation since our previous Toyota needed a huge repair so I was relieved to have a woman sales person. And happy your dealership bought it back for what we owed on our previous car. I appreciated Cherish's non pressure attitude. She was very relatable which helped me feel comfortable. Also Eduardo the Sales Manager was great and helped us get the numbers closer to what we could do. Also really happy we had Amber the Finannce Manager. she was great at explaining everything and breaking our options down. She was very patient with me as I needed time to process all the numbers. She also worked with us, and helped us bundle things so that we couldhave the protection we wanted. Now I'm super happy with this Rav 4, and didn't know how much I'd like this upgrade. Im really happy with your dealership having had to buy cars at other dealerships it was much more pleasant.

Grant was great to work with we were in a hurry that day and he got us in and out and nothing flat very informative. Just a great guy. We had a really good experience.

Camary Hogue went above and beyond to find us the exact pickup we wanted — and in our price range. He was friendly, intuitive, respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to us and answer all our questions. After many hours of visiting various dealerships in the area, we lucked out by finding Freeway Toyota of Gilroy and meeting Camary!

Nathan is always helpful and friendly-They even called an Uber driver to get home
